We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst/EPM Consultant (fresh graduate) both in Italy (fluent English) and in The Netherlands (English, Dutch mother tongue).  

 K.Group is looking for talented individuals who are willing and capable of learning business models and business analytics/CPM/EPM/FP&A.

Every day we deal with the complexity of business processes across most business functions.

Our main objective is to help companies in transforming and organizing data into strategic information through our projects, in order to support decision-makers with sound knowledge.

Using EPM Technology our projects cover both the BI and the CPM aspects of our customers’ needs.

The ideal candidate must have technology affinity and understanding of business processes.

What you will do:

• Multidimensional data modeling
• Financial reporting design
• Dashboards and scorecard development
• KPI’s design and implementation

During the initial period in our organization you will be involved in a full training immersion in order to learn basic concepts of multidimensional data modeling and reporting design.

In particular, the candidate must have:

• Master degree in Economics/Business Administration/Management Controlling or Management Engineering (fresh graduate)
• Fluency in English and Dutch
• Availability to travel (both Domestic and International business trips)
• Ability to take part in project delivery
• Strong communicative, relational, and problem solving skills
